BIG NEWS: On October 30, the UAOU Negotiations Team put forward their compensation proposal!

Keep in mind that currently Ohio University faculty are the lowest paid research faculty in the state of Ohio. UAOU proposed a plan to fix that over 3 years and make OU faculty salary competitive with our peers.
