Become a UAOU Steward

Strong unions are built one conversation at a time. Stewards are faculty leaders who help keep members informed, answer questions, support colleagues, and strengthen our union across every department and campus.

You do not need prior union experience to become a steward. We provide the training, resources, and support you need to be successful.
