Join us at University Updates and tell President Gonzalez that making respect visible means paying faculty fairly. Faculty, students, alumni, and community members are invited to stand with UAOU and keep the pressure on university leadership to deliver a fair contract.

After a month with our compensation counterproposal, administration came to bargaining without a counter. Faculty deserve fair pay, and we’re done waiting. RSVP below and bring a colleague or friend. Every person who shows up strengthens our demand for fair pay.
